It is not immediately obvious why history is ever written, but searching for and studying the beginning of any historical significance becomes absolutely necessary to decide the future direction for our children. Because every journey in search of origin, when and where it began and why it was undertaken, matters. So that the generations to come can take those first steps, knowing no matter how insurmountable, it is possible. Modern Korea was built in such faith.
